Of course, as I’ve said many times before, when I’m in charge of the Universe I will use my powers wisely to immediately legislate that any new artist / band has to name themselves in such a unique way that they’re easily found online and on Spotify - so I’m not searching through photos of hip replacement operations (Danish band Total Hip Replacement), endless pictures of fjords (Norwegian band The Fjords), and now Tax Incentivised Investment Schemes (ISA of Sweden).

But I promise you ISA is worth that extra 5 minutes of patient searching, because new track ‘Thinking About Tomorrow’ is a lovely indie pop song, that builds slowly with a jaunty melody with cute harmonies and musical arrangements that make it interesting and upbeat. Even the use of a viola rather than a violin gives it a different texture.

There’s also a nice simple premise behind the song, which considers ‘an experience that is so difficult that you constantly need to remind yourself to try to think about something else. It’s about taking one day, one hour, one second at a time so as not to let your head sink below the surface - continually distracting yourself in order to survive’

I always try and think something similar, that no matter how bad things can seem sometimes, there’s always a better day ahead, something special to look forward to.

‘Thinking About Tomorrow’ was released this morning. Check it out on the above link on Spotify,
